Driving System Design and Power Source Parameter Optimization of Tractor with Dual-Motor Coupling Drive

For the poor working conditions of tractors, single-motor drive tractors usually choose a motor with large parameters, which leads to lower efficiency under low-load conditions. Taking wheeled tractor YTO as research object, driving scheme dual-motor electric was proposed, and main components system were matched. Based on MATLAB/Simulink, model established. On premise meeting dynamic needs tractor, an optimization established power consumption goal distribution coefficient dual motors decision variable. The solved by genetic algorithm. characteristics optimized original well instantaneous total before after optimization, are compared analyzed. results show that traction is about 2.7% higher than reduced 8.2%. performance economy parameter matching significantly improved.
